Identification:
From lowland humid forest, peat swamp on white sands. Solitary palm, 3m 50 high, diam. 8 cm, leaves pinnate, arching, leaf rachis 2m long, leaflets regular, 46 in each side of the rachis, inflorescence interfoliar, male inflorescence solitary, branched to 2 orders, 4 at anthesis in the same tree.
