Identification:
Stems solitary to 6 m tall and 2.5-3 cm diameter. Leaves arranged in one plane, with a short but prominent crownshaft; leaflets short, devided to the base into 4-7 segments, spreading in different planes. Inflorescences with 4-7 flowering branches; fruits ellipsoid to almost globose, 1.5-1.6 cm long, smooth; endosperm slightly ruminate.
