Identification
A low elevation clustering palm to 3m tall with ca 8 stems 1 cm diam, internodes 4 cm, brown, 6 leaves in crown sheaths pale green with brown scales, rachis with rusty brown hair, ca 20 leaflets on each side, regular, caudate; inflorescence pendulous , interfoliar. From the Masoala Peninsula, Madagascar.
